  I have worked for this company for about a year and I can assure you that we are the best company in California. If your looking to make a change on your policy for example adding or deleting a car or a driver, changing address or information, the best thing to do is to stop by in the office so that you can double check your self that the paperwork is done correctly and then sign. Also When you make a change on your policy we do not charge Agency FEES like other companies, the only change will be your monthly payment(price may vary). We do not charge to make payments in the office. Also we are very upfront about our prices, we will give you options according to what it is that you need. We have over 30 companies for you to choose from, we will find what is best suitable for you. If you have any questions please ask for anyone here in the office.   WORST COMPANY EVER! Over a month ago I made my payment on time , I was told by the rep my amount was less than what it normally is . come to find out, the payment was applied to the incorrect account, my policy was canceled , here we are over 1 month and a week and they still have not received a credit to my account, because of all this my license was suspended, so was my registration. NONE OF THIS WAS MY FAULT. ! Yet im the one paying the price for their mistake. And everyone thats helped me is clueless as to whats going on with my account.. DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD BUT GOOGLE WANTS EVERYONE TO BE NICE
