  Let me preface this by saying: I hate having to go to the dentist. I have had a LOT of dental work done and it is usually painful and without much care for the patients' wants or feelings towards treatment. This is the first dentist that I have ever been to that actually included me in the decisions on my treatment plan. The staff was all very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me as a patient. Everyone was incredibly helpful and understanding of my anxiety about dentists. Dr. Shively is incredibly nice and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They don't overbook so you get a lot of face-time with the dentist, and they also give you real time estimates for your visit so you can plan the rest of your day accordingly. He actually spent quite a bit of time talking to me about my personal dental needs and what we can do to optimize my dental care. I am actually looking forward to going back to see Dr. Shively. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family members! I already told a friend about him and they are planning to schedule their next appointment with this wonderful team! It is so hard to find a good dentist these days and I feel like I have found a hidden gem in their practice!
