  Worst customer service! My mom went in because she wants to change car insurance, they had no customers and had her standing there waiting to help her. when they did help her they told her if she wanted the best offer she could pay her loan and not get full coverage when she had clearly stated she wanted full coverage. She asked if she could get a print out of the quote and he told her he couldn't give her a print out!

  If I could give zero stars, I would! My husband and I have had Geico insurance for over 10 years. We currently have four vehicles insured through geico, 2 cars and 2 motorcycles. Last week my husband calls and asks... *ASKS* if he is covered should he take his bike to the track... Geicos response? They called my husband on Friday to tell him they are dropping his coverage for ASKING A QUESTION. What kind of business is that? Loyal customers getting screwed over for asking a question. So everyone please be aware that Geico has a " DON'T ASK DON'T TELL" policy. You may have to pay more some where else, but at least you will be taken care of. Shame on you Geico.

  Geico customer support gave me the run around for about a week and we're no help. I came down to the office where they had my problem resolved and explained in under 15 minutes. Staff was friendly, office was clean and chairs were comfortable. Knowing this office is here I will NEVER renew online again.
