- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our experience with this office was horrible. Dr. Arun Softa and providers in his office came highly recommended by another provider who is part of Dignity health. We were seen by him the first time but all he did was give us a lab slip. The second time around we saw the Nurse Practitioner and she spent more time looking at her cell phones for symptoms than anything else. We were there 2 more times and boy do we regret it. We ended up walking out of the office. We asked to see Dr. Softa the last time we were there and the NP was the one in the room. She kept repeating herself and obviously did not read any of the notes on our previous visits. She was clueless as to what study and labs she had ordered. This was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning. Aside from being clueless, she was always in a hurry and seemed so bothered when questions were asked.
